Transfer Certificate /Withdrawal

Parent will apply in the prescribed application form available in the student handbook and then submit to the school office for withdrawal of the ward atleast one month in advance or one month tution fees will be charges from parents in case the notice period falls short.

  • One-month period relaxation can be made in case of sudden transfer of the parent or any other genuine convincing reason.
  • Parent will have to pay fee till the month in which the application for TC has been received. The student will be deemed to be on the rolls till a withdrawal application has been received from the parent or the name has been struck off officially. No refund will be made in respect of admission fee.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues.

Fee Payment & Schedule

  1. Fees will not be deposited in the school at any cost.
  2. Fees must be deposited in cash & Bankers Cheque only at HDFC Bank , Rajmohalla Branch and all other branches of HDFC ,Indore on all working days​.
  3. Two Challan Recepits will be kept by bank & one recepit must be deposited by you ot student to the Class Teacher.
  4. Fee deposit after dead line will be fines.
  5. No fee concession will be considered in the School.
  6. Once the name is truck off the roll for non-payment of fees, the re-admission as per rules shall be at the discretion of the authorities.
  7. If you receive warning letter for fees or if any strict action is going to be taken, visit the school with application stating dead line for fees. Ignore, if paid & show challan receipt in school office.
