Admission
Admission to the Montessori class Nursery and K.G. I (Junior) is given on the basis of informal introduction. Admissions are normally not given in other classes. Vacancies may be filled if they occur. Application forms are issued for admission in Nursery and K.G-I Junior only. Eligible age limit for admission in Nursery is two & half years to three & half years and in KG-I is three and half years four and half years on July 1st. Issue of forms does not ensure admission. Original & Photostat copy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation must be produced at the time of registration. No other type of birth certificate shall be accepted. Under age and physically unfit child will not be allowed to admission. (After a formal test by a competent panel which will assess students background and general aptitude for learning, the list of selected children will be put up on the school notice board according to declared schedule).
Parents should complete the admission formalities on the date prescribed for them. SEATS WILL NOT BE KEPT RESERVED. No provisional admission shall be given. The school does not take any donations for admission.
Our Bus Route is fixed and final. Parents should apply only if the routes are convenient to them.
Admission to Class XI
Admission to class XI will not be automatic. Though no student will be denied admission, the student will be offered on the basis of merit. Students will have to fill up the admission form and deposit for first quarterly.
No change of subjects with any undertaking will be entertained. Students should choose the subject carefully as no change of subjects will be allowed later on.
RTE ACT
Under this act of right to education, 25% students of total seats in nursery will be given admission, inevitably. For this, parents and children must follow all the rules & regulations regarding near by area, age-limit, caste certificate / BPL certificate. No tuition fees will be taken from parents under this act.

No change of subjects with any undertaking will be entertained. Students should choos the subject very carefully as no change of subjects will be allowed later on.
GUARDIANS’S PARTICULARS
Guardian’s particulars should be filled in the almanac/admission form and should be recorded with the school office along with the photograph.
CHANGE OF NAME & DATE OF BIRTH etc
No change in respect of date of birth; name or surname will be permitted except when a due process of law is completed. Change in the name/surname of student or father’s/mother’s name/ surname will not be allowed once it has been entered in the school record based on Transfer Certificate or the CBSE records like Pass Certificate, Marks statement etc.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE / WITHDRAWAL
Parent will apply in the prescribed application form available in the student hand book and then submit it to the school office for withdrawal of the ward at least one month in advance or one month tuition fee will be charged from parents in case the notice period falls short.
One-month period relaxation can be made in case of sudden transfer of the parent or any other genuine convincing reason.
Parent will have to pay fee till the month in which the application for TC has been received. The student will be deemed to be on the rolls till a withdrawal application has been received from the parent or the name has been struck off officially. No refund will be made in respect of admission fee.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues.
